Two Towers by eLGibo Two Towers by eLGibo
HDR shot of the Reculver Towers near where I live. Not entirely sure whether I like this or not. Shot using my new Cokin Tobacco Grad filter! :XD: Also got a new tripod :D It can actually take the weight of my camera without shaking, which is always a plus!

I like this. I'm not a fan of HDR but this has made a dramatic shot better, well done. Thank you for sharing.

Waaaahhhaaaay too much bang !
Don't like this at all... but it's just my taste... i hate most HDRs.. too much halos

You should try to keep your exposures in the way you did "heavy air" or (my favourite) "the return"
Those were good

anyway... do as you like

Thanks very much for the comment! Always helpful! I'm not overly keen on this one too - and I get the point about halo effects. They do look awfully strange. HDR is something I've only really just started trying, but I'm probably going to go back to my original style :P Thanks buddy :D

are those clouds for real?

Yes indeed :D -- the look rather unreal because it's an HDR photo as well as me using a Cokin tobacco filter. I like the effect it gives though :D

:XD: Thanks dude! It does look a bit dark doesn't it. Rather gothic....thats why I'm not too sure about it. I love HDR, but my shots are coming out a bit too dark. First time out with the camera for fun in a few weeks though! Man....so much to do. Trying to get through deviations...but everytime I come on its like "humanahumanahumana...so many more!"
